Welcome to Facemate - AI Skin Scanner! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Facemate mobile application ("App"). By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

Facemate - AI Skin Scanner is a mobile application that allows users to perform advanced AI-powered skin analysis by simply uploading or taking photos of their skin. The app enables users to:

• Upload photos and receive detailed skin analysis using AI algorithms
• Detect and track various skin conditions (such as acne, wrinkles, texture, and dark spots)
• Monitor skin health progress over time with a personal skin diary
• Receive personalized skincare insights and simulations based on analysis
• Use advanced AI models to visualize potential skin improvements

The core purpose is to help you understand your skin better and track your skincare journey using artificial intelligence, making professional-grade skin analysis accessible through your smartphone.

3. User Registration and Privacy

Facemate may require users to create an account, and all data is stored securely on cloud-based servers. All data entered by users, including uploaded skin photos and generated analysis reports, is securely stored and is tied to the user's account.

Only the user has access to their own data. Users are subject to Facemate's privacy policy regarding the processing and storage of their data.

4. Content and User Responsibilities

Users upload photos and generate skin reports using the App. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of their uploaded content (e.g., clear lighting for accurate scans).

Users are also responsible for all content they upload and must ensure this content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms. Users must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Credits and Subscription System

Free Version Includes:

• Limited credits for skin scans and analysis
• Access to basic skin health tracking
• Standard analysis reports
• Basic support

Premium Features (with Subscription or Credits):

The Facemate Premium subscription or credit packages give you access to advanced AI skin diagnostic tools and comprehensive analysis capacity.

• Unlimited credits or higher credit packages for frequent scanning
• Access to all premium analysis types (Deep Pore, Advanced Aging, etc.)
• High-resolution analysis reports and skin health tracking
• Priority AI processing for faster results
• Detailed personalized skincare routines and suggestions
• Export reports in PDF format

Pricing:

Subscription Information:

• All purchases are managed through Apple's App Store and Google Play Store.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Account Settings.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

• AI Service Providers: The App uses specialized AI services for dermatological image processing and skin analysis.
• Cloud Storage Providers: Your skin scan history and analysis reports are stored on secure cloud servers.
• Analytics Services: The App may use analytics services to improve functionality and user experience.

7. Data Storage and Termination

All data entered into the App, including skin photos and analysis results, is securely stored on cloud-based servers and linked to the user's account. Users can manage and delete their data by logging into their account.

Upon account termination, all user data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer

Facemate is provided "as is" without any warranties. Facemate is not liable for any skin issues, misinterpretations of AI data, or data loss resulting from software use.

9. Intellectual Property

The name "Facemate - AI Skin Scanner" and all associated logos are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the branding without prior written consent.

Analysis reports are owned by the user, but the App retains rights to use anonymized data for AI model training and service improvement.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Since Facemate has an account registration feature, users are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
